Today felt very somber. Maybe its having been inside for too long, and anger is certainly part of the cycle of grief. Or maybe, when there is such an opportunity to shift how the world is doing things, shift perspective, open our minds and hearts to being part of a new ordinary life.
American Airlines flight from Miami to NYC Laguardia airport was filled to the gills. Many folks had no face protection on. Temperatures weren't taken prior to boarding. When do we force big industry to make changes?
We are the change agents. Finding your way to kindness, helping others who are needier than you, or hungrier or different.
Thinking differently about how you going to live your life. The time is now. Embodying change not just for this momnt, in the moments of the future. Space created creates space to be.

- Do you experience anger and fear? Who doesn't? Here's a way to understand how they intermingle.

Make meaning of the anger and fear emotions with 3 simple steps:
1. Acknowledge and name the emotions
2. Ask what are you afraid of and what are you angry about- they are often related Fear feeds anger, anger feeds fear
3. Step into the power of you when you share these feelings with another or write them down - give energy to emotions that often stagnate, * Grow from fear and anger when in isolation. They may be one of your greatest teachers.

- Two exercises to help you stay in the moment. A breath exercise: hands in a fist, breath is, hold for 30 seconds, release. What do you notice?
