Make meaning of the anger and fear emotions with 3 simple steps:
1. Acknowledge and name the emotions
2. Ask what are you afraid of and what are you angry about- they are often related Fear feeds anger, anger feeds fear
3. Step into the power of you when you share these feelings with another or write them down - give energy to emotions that often stagnate, * Grow from fear and anger when in isolation. They may be one of your greatest teachers.
