2014:
What did you learn?
What did you grieve?
What made you laugh?
What contributed to your tears?
Who was new in your life?
Who did you release?
How did you calm yourself?
How did you disappoint yourself?
What would you change if you could?
In the quiet moments, did you reveal yourself to you?
Did you laugh so hard that you almost peed in your pants?
If not, why not? If so, remember that laughter when darkness of the soul hits.
What do you regret?
Is it time to forgive, not forget?
What did you see in the mirror? There are two mirrors: the one that measures your physical appearance while the other is the psyche’s mirror.
When with the self, hold on to what you know, honestly appraise the knowledge, change what you want and leave the rest.
2015:
What do you want to learn?
What do you still need to grieve?
Do you want to create pleasure?
Passion and purpose create pleasure. Can you imagine meeting your passions and your purpose?
Are you willing to find your laughter: Even if it is at yourself?
Can you get silly?
What do you want to forgive?
Can you spend time alone?
What new adventure will you embark upon?
Is it possible to be kind to you even when things don’t work out?
What would staying in truth elicit within you?
What do you want to illuminate?
Bring light into your life with a created intention. What tenants embody your personal definition for a life filled with passion and purpose?
Happy New Year! Thanks for your support, conversation and journey. I can’t wait to meet you in 2015.
